Finnish saunas are dry cabins at a high temperature and must be used alternating with refreshment phases.

During the rest phase we recommend using a bathrobe and wool socks, as the body must be kept warm after the cooling phase. The alternation of heat and cold stimuli promotes blood circulation, training cardiovascular, metabolic and thermal compensation activity. It thoroughly cleans the skin and has relaxing effects on the muscles and psyche.

We invite you to follow these instructions to enjoy the experience to the fullest:

  • leave your slippers outside the door.
  • spread the wellness towel on the bench, completely covering the support area.
  • Before entering the sauna, take a shower and dry your body.
  • Enter the sauna with your body heated, this stimulates sweating.
  • Use the cabin for a period of 10 to 15 minutes depending on your physical condition.
  • Make sure you cool down sufficiently after the sauna: start from the respiratory tract, continue with cold jets on the legs and arms, then on the back and torso and finally the head.
  • After freshening up and before the rest phase, we recommend warming your feet with a jet of warm water and wearing wool socks.
  • Get enough rest: The rest cycle should last at least 30 minutes.
Repeat the cycle a maximum of 3 times.
