The knowing hand of our chef Gianfranco gathers and transforms traditional products from Trentino. The use of technology and modern cooking techniques combined with the tradition of mountain cuisine constitutes the basis of creative, healthy and natural cuisine, that does not leave out specialities from the best of Italian cuisine.
